380 S2: Measurement needed please

Hello all.
I need a measurement taken from a Lagoon 380 S2 as follows. Odd I know, part of information needed to have boat added to register. Will cut and paste requirement, any help greatly appreciated. Follows:
. The vertical distance measured (to two decimal places) from the top of the keel to the top of the underside of the upper deck at side.
