Following all information and tips I think the Lagoon 450 F would be the perfect vessel for my plans. But I will test some other cats this year first...

I am still a little bit shocked about the prices of used Lagoon 450 F owners versions: 400.000 Euros and more for 2011 used owners version...
Perhaps sellers just enter negotiation with high prices and they know they have to cut prices if they really want a realistic deal?

I thought a used ship/yacht looses 7% value per year?

What price calculation is used for FP/Lagoon cats?

Hi Butz,

There are no such magical formulae or percentages to predict the price of a second hand boats. 4-5 years old owner version 450 F, in a very good shape should not be less than K 350-380 Euros.
If she is VAT paid and well fitted (radar, A/C, genset, et) it will be K 400 , if not slightly more.
I would suggest that you give a close look to L 440, almost the same volume, better performance and possibly K 50 to 80 Euros cheaper.

The 440 is s great boat but the design is different on the 450
