General Info: Lagoon Get together Whitsunday Islands 2018 (Oz)

Hello all,
a little remiss of me not to post this way earlier but for those that are not aware there is a Lagoon Escapade being held in the Whitsunday Islands in Far North Queensland Australia on the 26th and 27th July 2018. The event is being organised and run by the Australian Agent for Lagoons in Australia being "The Multihull Group".
Festivities kick off at the Able Point Marina at Airlie Beach where all attending Lagoons will meet up on the 26th ( come earlier if you want) with a cocktail party meet and greet held that night.
The following day (27th) will see all Lagoons head off for a sail to the Glousceter Eco Resort where boats will anchor or moor up for a afternoon and evening of socialising, games and food.
Last years inaugral event was a huge success with over 17 Lagoons of all ages and sizes attending as well as owers who did not have their boats with them but stayed at nearby accomodation.

Hello all,
just a bit of an update. This years event really is shaping up to be the largest gathering of Lagoons ever. It appears from early reports that there should be at least 20 Lagoons of all models attending.
With the first night at Able Point Marina on the mainland in the Whitsundays it should be quite the sight to see all 20 boats lined up one after the other on one finger with flags flying. Dockage fees for the first day are being picked up by TMG (the distributers for Lagoons in Australia). A meet and greet cocktail party on shore at the marina the first night should be a lot of fun if it goes anything like last year. Twenty owners and crew talking about their boats makes for a interesting and enjoyable time.
With so many boats the sail up to Gloucester the following day should be an excellent sight.
If you are still considering coming please make sure you advsie TMG of your intentions as they would love to see as many Lagoons as possible attend or if not sure just PM myself. Its not to late to come
