Hello Fellow Goonies,
As a few of you might be aware TMG the Australian distributers for
Lagoon held its inaugral
Lagoon Escapade in the Whitsundays earlier this year and what a great success it was. 19 Lagoons in attendance with a total of 80 owners and guests taking part in the frivolities.
Unfortunatley many Lagoon owners could not make the event for various reasons. Well TMG are giving Lagoon owners who could not attend the Whitsundays an opurtunity with another but less informal get together being planned for the 23 and 24th of February 2018 on Lake Macquarie.
This is our home cruising ground and a highly prized secret in the cruising world. Lake Macquarie is the largest
salt water lake in the Southern hemisphere and is greatter than 160Km around its foreshore. Access is negotiated via the ocean at Swansea Heads. The lake is basically flat
water sailing with a safe anchorage no more then 30 minutes away in most winds.
Fuel and
provisioning is abundant as are
boating services.
