450: Lagoon Air Conditioning / heat pump

I just took a look to the Lagoon 450 A/C options and I saw that they sell

CRUISAIR A/C 48000 BTU 220V FOR 4 CABIN VERSION that cost 17633 € (!!!)

it seems really an high price for an A/C system so I'm asking if someone has experience about installing a different System
For example I found the Mermaid M24: 24,000 BTU System 24,000 BTU System / Air Conditioning / Marine Division / Home - Mermaid Manufacturing - Home of Mermaid Marine Air Conditioning that with a twin unit installation reach the 48000 BTU required

(t's A/C and heating pump too and has 5 years warranty!!!, I'm not sure if this configuration fit properly on a 44' catamaran I asked to Mermaid and I'm waiting their answer)

that could be found for$2,184.00 x unit plus the installation kit (600$ x unit) total 5568,00$ of course you need to pay someone that install it but anyway it's really cheaper.

I just get the answer from Mermaid Techsupport and they suggest me that for a 45 feet catamaran the sized model is Mermaid Marine Air M16 16.500 BTU
(it's a cooling and heat pump with 5 years warranty) that cost 1588$
Supposing that i need two of these unit (one each hull) it's 1588$ x 2 + 600$ x 2 (installation kit)
total price of the units 4376 $ + installation fee

Does anyone has experience about this cooling unit ?
