You are the first response I have got and I have already passed on the 440.
There were other areas that were also cracking or splitting that I did not get to post a picture of. The owners head shower wall was also splitting from top down and in several other areas. and just a few other things like owner could not tell me what the engine hours were because both engine hour meters were broken.
All of the exterior seating cushions were missing, they said they through them away. other things were also in very poor condition and they were asking top dollar for the boat. The broker did not report any issues and said the boat was in top condition before we went to look at it.
Thank You for the response

Next time before you travel I suggest to ask for a walkthrough via whatsup video call (or airtime or alike) to see if condition is like stated and just a first overall impression. Saves you a lot of time and costs. If not possible walk away, there is always a way even if the broker or owner is not at the location.
I saved a lot of
money and time doing that looking for my cat and actually bought mine prior to
survey based on the Video walkthrough because the broker went 30min after I requested before he went home right to the cat, everything was even better then described and he clearly showed me what was broken without me even asking. Plus
price was slightly below average market
price (with normally old engines around 2000-5000h) but with 2 new engines+saildrives.
I then flew to the cat a week later and was allowed to stay 2 nights at the cat and checking it myself during that time, owner even wanted that. Only then I had survey done.
