Lagoon 420 in Tortola

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with a 420 Lagoon in Tortola. Her name is "Count me in"

If anyone has been aboard or knows this vessel, I would really appreciate any insights.

Cheers,

Jon and Jules,
Vail Colorado

You might try the Lagoon 420 owners group on Google. Someone there might know the boat.

She's parked at HR Penn's Marina in Road Town (same marina I park my "boats under management"). Looking a bit sad and unloved and I havent seen anyone on her for months. I remember doing a delivery up to the East Coast 2 years ago and she was doing the same route with the then owner and a lady delivery skipper. We found them going through a huge amount of bureacratic problems in Ponce where US Customs wanted to extract a huge fee (reason not known) and speaking to the lady skipper many months later I found that she bailed out on the west coast of Puerto Rico because of the poor condition of the boat and the "odd" attitude of the then owner. Because this is a slightly odd place to leave from a boat, the USCG expressed a great deal of interest and I think they carried out a boarding, but I dont know any results of it.

I was somewhat surprised to see her back in Road Town!

If you are thinking of buying - get it surveyed!! Tony

Count Me In was out on the water yesterday. Can't remember whether it was in Dedman's Bay, Peter Island or The Bight, Norman that I saw her.

Mike, did she have one propellor or two?

Sorry to hear about that.

Happy New Year to you both.
