Lagoon 410 in Martinique

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone was in Martinique? I am interested in buying a Lagoon 410 that's lying at the "Le Marin" marina.

If anyone has the time to give her a quick inspection/impression, I would be willing to compensate for time spent.

Thanks,

Meck

Are you not aware of the civil strife that is in effect in both Martinique and Guadeloupe?

Yes I am aware. A friend in the BVI said that it is starting calm down and move back to somewhat normal... No idea if this is for certain.

Cheers,

Meck

Eric, I got your PM, but couldn't figure out how to respond to you. The 410 you were talking about is not the one I'm Looking at. I don't know anything about that boat, I couldn't do a delayed ownership.

Regarding bringing a french boat to US waters; I asked that same question just the other day and the thread is posted on "Dollars and Cents"

Cheers,

Jon

According to recent reports that I've read, there has been progress made in negotiations between the labor unions and the government, but the labor unions on both islands are still on strike, and many businesses are still shuttered. I haven't seen any reports of violence for a couple of weeks.
