Interested in Ongoing Cat Charter, Lagoon 40s and up
I'm interested in purchasing an ongoing Lagoon charter ownership.

I don't want to buy the BOAT, I want to purchase an LLC or similar entity which is HOLDING the boat with operational income.

My main interest is a Lagoon 40s+ in existing LLC with 4-5 years operations, correctly depreciated and with proper tax accounting.
