Help finding pre-wire for aft bunkroom fans

Our 450 came without the fan option. We have found all the fan pre-wire connections except for the ones in the aft bunkrooms, where they get mounted in the "step".

I'm hoping someone out there knows where those wires are hiding and what's entailed to get to them. Pictures while the ceiling panels were removed would be great.

Thanks

While waiting for someone with the information, would you mind sharing where is the pre-wiring for the rest of the fans?

I am also planning to add fans on my 450. You are a couple of weeks ahead of me...

Thank you!

You should pick up a wire tracer with tone generator and probe. Clip the tone generator onto the non-energized positive wire at the panel (trip the breaker first to remove power from the circuit) and you can find the wire with the warble tone with the proximity probe.

Re: Help finding pre-wire for aft bunkroom fans

We are a Owner's version. There are six locations, of which we have located 4. The other locations are:

1 fan port forward bunkroom:
wire stashed behind the panel in the back of the hanging closet
fan mounts on closet side panel

1 fan master bunkroom desk:
wire is stashed in the panel on the lower left of the upper cabinet over desk
fan is mounted under that same cabinet, above the desk lamp

2 fans main salon:
these are a pain....wires are stashed above the low side ceiling panels far port and starboard. Panels need to be dropped, small hole drilled through panel, and wire fed through.
fans go in the forward corners, port and starboard

I hope this is clear....

Fan location pictures on 450. This is for a 4-cabin version.

Re: Help finding pre-wire for aft bunkroom fans

Don't want to hijack this post, but it has been a few years. I have a Lagoon 440 owners version that has the European Propane set-up that lacks the solenoid valve. If the 450 has a pre-wired wiring harness that would allow one to the select wires and add the desired option, does the 440 also have that? Are there wires run for the solenoid valve? Are there wires run for cabins fans as shown in this post?

Thanks in advance.
