In my experience - they keep quiet (CNB group, i.e Jeanneau
, Beneteau, Lagoon). But once they recognise an issue with faulty part they replace it readily.
Had similar experience with faulty shower
pumps when 3 pumps failed within a month after start of use.
Than I have learned about similar experience from a sister boat
Agent didn't have any notification from Lagoon
but once he approached them on our behalf they have immediately sent 3 replacement of better quality.
