Fuel gauges offline

I have a lagoon 400 and suddenly my fuel levels are offline. Usually you scroll from tank 1 to tank 2 to see the levels on the control panel LCD screen. Now it only shows tank 1, doesn't scroll to second tank. And there is a caution symbol and no tank reading at all. I checked the inline fuse at the tank sender and it is fine. I am thinking maybe the panel needs to be reset? Anyone experience this before?

Re: Fuel gauges offline

Do you have a multi meter to check the volts at the fuse end?

Can use the multi meter (ohms) to check the sender unit resistance as second step.

Re: Fuel gauges offline

I had a similar issue. The issue was a small fuse at the tank.

I checked that. My fuses are good. This one has me stumped. I think the problem is in the panel.

Re: Fuel gauges offline

We had an indirect lightning hit. The only thing that stopped working was the water tank indicator. It ended up being the panel. It was expensive so if you can narrow it out then that would be good.
