14? Either you are nuts or you bought an aircraft carrier

I had half of that on last sailboat, and would fire myself if I got a boat with more thru hulls and sea cocks...jeez..

We had 13 thru-hulls on our Whitby 42. I replaced them all. Pretty expensive and a long job. It wasn't an aircraft carrier so far as I remember.

Leo's on the right track. I'd be in line as one of his first customers.

That said, I DID find an off-the-shelf tool that helps somewhat. An auto exhaust pipe expander:

Warming the hose still helps. I was able to expand one hose to the point where it started to split, so there are limits. And unlike steel exhaust pipes, plastic sanitary hose reverts back to its original size (i.e.; too small to fit on the "matching" barb you bought from the same place) pretty quickly.
