Post the pics so we know what we're talking about.

Anyone can post a complaint, but with absolutely nothing to back it up, don't expect to be taken too seriously - it's just badmouthing a manufacturer.

If you're unwilling to post pics, Lagoon is probably right .. or you don't even have a Lagoon
