General Info: black water hose

Hi ,
after 5 years one of the discharge hose of the BW tank on a lagoon 500 needs replacement ...
lagoon had the smart idea to install a 60mmm ID hose, huge diameter, great for quick discharge, but unfortunately not a standard size
So far impossible for me to find ..
I even contacted the manufacturer in Italy and they told me it is a special size they make specifically for lagoon/benetau, so not possible to buy on the market.
They said I could get from their distributor in France, but they only sell the 50' roll (??!)
Has anybody had the same problem before?
How did you fix it?

Any possibility of replumbing with PVC rigid pipe and maybe a short section of the existing hose for any needed flex area?
I've read threads here on CF where people have done it and been very happy with the results.
