Are the seat covers washable

I have a 400S2 (2015 model). The seat covers outside the saloon have got a little grubby after 12 months use, does anyone know the correct method of washing the covers please? Lagoon were less than helpful and there are no wash tags on the covers.

Many thanks

Re: Are the seat covers washable

I am told by the boss that our 2013 L450 fabric cushion covers from rear cockpit area washed very well in cold water in washing machine, normal washing powder.
Only problem is now I am in trouble for not noticing the fact that they were washed at the time. Sometimes I just can't win.

Thanks, I will try one on a cold wash. Have you by any chance cleaned your curtains? If so, was it the same procedure?
Many thanks

Washable, yes, but unfortunately not dry cleanable. Handwash in luke warm water using mild detergent, such as wool wash. Soak for 30 mins if necessary, then rinse in fresh water. Lay flat with pleats in place. Rehang when almost dry. They can be ironed if required, by using a warm iron and first covering curtain with a damp cloth.

Tip; mark or number curtains before removing, as the L400 saloon curtains are all of slightly different drops. Cheers!
