Looks like there will be some more info announced 19-23 April at La Grand Motte.
It will be very interesting to see if the 48 follows the 450 with more basic manual switching, cable
steering and
engine controls and a clear bridge
deck or the
charter oriented 52 with a digital switch panel,
hydraulic steering, electronic engines controls and an odd shaped and low at points bridge
deck to allow greater accommodation.
It will also be interesting to see the
price. A nicely equipped 42, 450 and 52 runs about USD38k a metric ton. 450 (46 foot) is 15 tonnes and 52 is 25 tonnes.
