42: 42 tpi upgrades

We have a lagoon 42 tpi. We need to replace the current salon windows. They curve vertically and horizontally. The only quotes we have gotten are extremely high, mostly because they need to be molded and bent in an oven. Does anyone have any contacts or suggested companies to talk to? Ideally someone still has molds for these but I have no idea who that might be.
We also want to change the tattered soft bimini with a hard top. But again, there are no prefabricated ones for the tpi. Any sugestions for this would be appreciated as well. This one can wait a year if necessary too.
The boat is currently on the hard in lower chesepeake, Virginia.
