39: 39/450 Bow Sprit

I ordered a bowsprit from Lagoon for my 450s and the cross beam fitting is not compatible. The box said it was for an L39 and via my agent Lagoon assured me the bowsprit for a 39 and 450 are the same. Can anyone with a 39 bowsprit post a photo of it please? Below is a pic of my crossbeam fitting as well as the crossbeam end of the bowsprit Lagoon sent. Thx in advance.

Picture on left same as my 2013 L450, they obviously are not the same, no matter what your agent and Lagoon assure you.

Return it for the correct one to fit your boat or get your money back.

Thanks Paul I realize it's the wrong one, hoping to get a photo of a 39 bowsprit to convince Lagoon (surprisingly enough). The dealer has gone back to them and Lagoon still say it's the correct one.

What is on the other end of that "39 Bow sprit,"

The end in the picture appears to be the out board end with the fitting for attaching the wire stays down to the fittings on the hull. Where the pin with the split pin in appears to be the upper attachment for the continuous furler.

Agree but the other end is identical as if the wrong fitting is installed. Still waiting to hear from Lagoon.

Good your getting it sorted, pity they did not believe you to start with. These days it seem the customer is always wrong, until you prove you are right.
