Wanting to learn

Hello!

I've had my eye on sailing for some time now. However, I'm very far from any major bodies of water so that makes the learning process difficult.

I'll be in Vancouver, BC sometime within the next few months and I thought it would be a great opportunity to learn. So if anyone knows of a good place to learn (ie, a school, someone giving cheap lessons, it doesn't matter) please let me know. Or, if anyone here is out west and wouldn't mind giving me a few pointers while I'm over there, it would be greatly appreaciated.
