Trinidad to ABC-Islands

We are looking for an experienced sailor to join us on our trip from Trinidad to Bonaire. We are not in a hurry and if you like, we can spent some time in the Tobago Cays and Los Roques.

We are a young couple from germany and just want to add some extra safety to our trip, because this is our first longer passage.

The trip will start anytime after the 4th august. We need to be in Bonaire something at the beginning of september.

to the boat:
Baltic 42, 2 cabin layout, fully equipt for passagemaking
ready to sail away immedeately

If you like to join us, we would be happy if you drop us a message...

Greetings from Tobago

Sebastian & Fatima

Re: Trinidad to ABC-Islands

Hi! Are you aware that there are TWO Tobago's in the Caribbean? The island of Tobago is the sister island of Trinidad, which lies off the coast of Venezuela and near the ABC dutch Caribbean islands. Tobago Cays (keys) are further north, from Trinidad and Tobago, and are located near Palm Island; part of the islands chain of the Grenadines. Both Tobago's offer spectacular sailing, snorkeling and SCUBA diving. Enjoy!

There are 2 more Tobagos in the British Virgin Islands as well. Great Tobago and Little Tobago are just west of Jost Van Dyke. It would seem there are at least 4 of them in the Caribbean.

Re: Trinidad to ABC-Islands

Thanks Rubi! I stand corrected! Indeed, there are 4 Tobago's. (Old Timers Disease can do that to me, sometimes!)
