Crew Wanted: Sydney - Ocean Experience

Hi Sydney sailors.

I am a 34yr Aussie who has always had a dream to sail the oceans. I have finally saved and bought my boat which will hopefully take me to far distant lands. I have crewed on various boats and have coastal experience. However I am really in need for someone who has sailed the oceans to help me with my learning. My boat has just returned from Tahiti and the islands and is capable and well equipped for a circumnavigation. However I really need someone to show me a couple of things in weather. like using GRIB files & some advanced navigational aids.

I have a cavalier 37 and looking to head to Tahiti and beyond.
Really needing some advice on nav and weather packages.
Learning a lot in books but some practical experience would be good.
