ah.. looks like you have all the crew/help you need...im in my late 30s originally from the UK been in Sydney the last 5 years...I did my competent crew at East Sail...Ive been sailing along the east coast of Scotoland and also a friend hired a 44ft boat to go arund lizard island and pittwater for a few days...

If you need more crew/help please consider...i dont even mind if its shore based...any experience is better than none...Enjoy your sailing...Cheers
