You might have more luck on sites, such as crewfinders.com or crewunlimited.com or some other targeted to crew looking to work on mega yachts. This site, cruisersforum.com, is mostly for people owning smaller boats (8 feet to 60') for personal use. These folks usually only need crew to help move a boat from one place to another.
