Seattle to Boston leaving in March

Hi, I'm looking for crew for all or part of a trip from Seattle to Boston leaving some time around the beginning of March. the trip will be mostly off shore with short stops at ports to be determined. The boat is a 57' ketch. I have been sailing for 29 years mostly in the Caribbean and east coast of US. I have done a lot of deliveries and captained for clients in the entertainment industries on there own boats. I have been a certified sailing instructor. I'm looking for crew that has experience as well as those who want to gain experience. As this is my own boat the positions are not paying. A good crew makes a good trip, so if you are interested give me a call and we will talk. We don't drink while under sail, we fish, read, listen to music, enjoy conversation and learn from each other. we will be on a schedule of 4(hours) on 4 off 4 on 8 off. I like 2 on at a time if possible. You will have your own cabin, will consider a couple. If you are responsible and easy to get along with call Rj at (954) 756-4481 from 9 am to 9 pm eastern time.

Sounds nice except for leaving Seattle in March. What legs are you going to divide it into?

I Agree, will be cold for first 7 to 10 days then not so bad. will make landfall when and where needed for crew. I will be stopping in San Diego. Will be stopping in Cuba as well.

+1,000

newt has "some" experience in the area. Sailing down the PNW coast in winter is a dumb idea.
