Crew Available: SE Asia 2012

My college best friend and I are planning to backpack for half a year in SE Asia and I thought that it would fun to either get on a crew for 2 guys to SE Asia from the west coast of either USA or Canada, December or January 2012. Or just getting on a crew that would take us around anywhere in SE Asia for whatever amount of time, January-July 2012, but reasonable amount of money.
We both having our sea legs with my friend working as a fishing boat captain on Northern Vancouver Island, and I have sailed with my father for years.
Looking forward for anyone that needs some extra help.
