I spent the past seven years as a Senior Systems Engineer in Afghanistan/Iraq. I am now retired and looking to build on my sailing,diving skills. I’m easy going. Between cave diving and seven years of assisting the military with their computer networks I know the feeling of being laid back one minute and in an emergency situation the next. I think this skill is essential in sailing as things could go wrong in seconds and you must be able to deal with the situation. My time is my own and stand ready to crew with short notice.

Hi

I just arrived in the Caribbean and I’m looking for a boat to sail with. I recently did my Competent Crew in Gibraltar and so I know my way around a boat. But of course I’ll be happy to do things the way you as skipper want them doing.
While I’m looking for an adventure, I also understand that sailing is all about working and living together with the crew. I can work hard and do my bit and I can get along with people in tight spaces.
I’m 28 years old, British, Male. I can cook well and I play guitar. I’ve also got plenty of tales to tell.
If you want to know anything more about me then don’t hesitate to send me an email. I usually check it every day when possible.
I’m currently in the Dominican Republic, I just arrived yesterday from Europe.
I’m available immediately and I have no solid plans until August, when I have to get back to Europe.

Hiya...

I have been working as a Sailing, Windsurfing and Powerboat instructor for a few years and am keen to get some cruising done!!! (and hopefully some time in the sun!) I'm 24, fun, enthusiastic and get on great with people...
I have up to my Day Skipper Practical and have my Yachtmaster Offshore Shorebased completed... (not to mention I worked as a chef for a few months which must come as a bonus onboard!!!

Awwww... actually a late starter... I did outdoor sports in college, and I work in the industry full time so I guess its something that builds up over time... I actually really just want to get into the cruising side of it and am not sure where to start!!! :/
