Crew Wanted: R2AK x2 crew needed

I'm looking for crew applicants in or near Victoria BC Canada to sail a fast, motorless three-man boat to Ketchican and back a few times starting in March 2016.
The 750 mile race begins June 23rd 2016.
While underway a helmut, dry-suit, CO2 inflatable PFD, GPS, VHF, flares, strobe, knife must be worn at all times. Mask, snorkel, spray-skirt and paddle all good kit too.
The younger, lighter, smaller and fitter you are, the better :-)
Kayaking experience beneficial.
Cost: $50 entrance fee.
