Crew Wanted: Question: I'm not ready to leave till August, is that too late to find a boat?

Hi,

I'm a hardworking guy, on the east coast of the US, with some sailing experience and experience as a carpenter, plumber, and handyman. I'd like to find a boat to cross the Atlantic in, but I'm getting the feeling that I missed the season.

Is late July/early August just too darn late?
