Looking for 3 extra crew from Phuket to Hong Kong on 55 ft racer cruiser. The plan is to leave mid feb and break the trip up waiting for good weather windows, will also be stopping in Subic bay. The trip will yake approximately one month

Hi this may be speculative but I have zero sailing experience but am extremely interested in getting involved in it. I am 22 and am currently travelling around south east asia. I would love to elevate my sailing ambitions into the real thing and gain some first hand experience on a voluntary basis. I am a hard worker and I like to think a quick learner. I will always do a job to the beat of my ability. I have no doubt you will have a lot of interest in this fantastic trip and experience may be your preference. If this is the case how would you advise I gain some experience and induct myself into the world of sailing?
