I have a 53ft jeanneau in Phuket and intend sailing around the area in September. I am alone so looking for a couple of experienced people to join me. There is a possibility of sailing to Kota Kinabalu December/january.

Re: Phuket

Sorry to say this, but September is one of the worst months to be sailing around here and when you plan to head to Borneo is when you should be cruising here! PM me if you want some local info.

Re: Phuket

My college friend and I will be backing in Thailand sometime from March through July of 2012. Give me a pm if you are making plans that far from now, or just keep it in the back of your mind.

Re: Phuket

I also have my boat at Phuket and a liveaboard curiser. Always looking for the opportunity to crew on short or long passages in Phuket area or further afield in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore. Suggest that you send me a personal message and we can go on from there. I have experience sailing in the Melaka Straights from Singapore to Puket.

Re: Phuket

Jaycee88, I just finished crewing in Fiji and Vanuatu for two months, working my way up the Australian coast, in Cairns now. I'm a 51 yr. old experienced sailor, will make my way to the boat if its a good fit. Regards, Laura

My girlfriend, Yazmin, and I are available from mid-October and would love to sail to Borneo with you.

We're at Competent Crew level and have travelled some of Thailand and Malaysian Borneo a few years back - such an incredible place!!

PM me if you're interested!
