Crew Wanted: Panama - Colombia Charters

I looking for experienced mechanic / sailor , for my 56 ketch, working in charters between Panama and Colombia.

* A good technical and engineering background
* Will be responsible for maintenance, and medium to major repairs if the need arise
* Should be able to sail independently, handle the boat in a variety of circumstance and solve problems afloat
* This is not "captain" position
* References Required
