Crew Wanted: Ocean World DR to BVI...now...

hello,

i need 1 crew to help me get a 2011 Beneteau 50' from Ocean World to Tortola. It's windy and rough. Crew must have some ability to drive and a good attitude. I have all the safety gear, food, fuel, water, etc. I want/need to leave...ASAP. anyone local would be great. I feed you, pay $125 per day, plus flight back.
