You want experienced crew to help YOU move YOUR yacht and you expect them to ALSO share YOUR expenses and you own a Swan yacht? I think you need to rethink the value of labor... labor and skill you desperately need since you can't move the yacht yourself. Stop being so miserly and expect to pay their air tickets home.

I noticed after I had posted this response to Michael that his boat was anchored perhaps 150 astern of mine! How ironic. It's gone now. Perhaps he got his crew and he's off to the UK?
