Crew Wanted: New York, NJ to Florida Sept 2022 non-paid

Prout Quest 31 sailing catamaran offshore crew wanted to join for any part of this trip in late sept/early Oct. My practice has been to hire professional weather routing service and anchor or marina as needed for safety, showers, etc. Fully equipped vessel with satellite communications and all safety gear.

Non-paid. Skipper will cover all on-board expenses for provisioning, meals, fuel, dockage. Crew covers their own transport to and from the boat and personal expenses and meals ashore. The boat was built for Hobbits so if you are over 6'4" may be a squeeze. Main hatchway is only 17" wide but 2 private berths are roomy.

I've made this trip 3 times both ICW and offshore. You should be at least intermediate sailor able to handle overnight shifts without falling asleep at the wheel! The boat has auto pilot and radar. I am 63 and have been refitting the boat since 2014.

Departure from Philadelphia area (boat is in Worton Creek MD) Oct 1 as weather permits. Mostly offshore except ICW Norfolk to Morehead city NC. Get in touch if interested.
