Crew Wanted: Nassau, Jamaica, Panama

I am on a 32' sailing vessel in Nassau, the Bahamas and it is Lloyd's certified.
Monday, my son is joining me to sail to Port Antonio, Jamaica, then to Panama.
I am seeking one extra person to help. So that would mean, taking turns on watch, doing general upkeep and cleaning and repairs if things break, and enjoying the ride. I need someone mostly from Jamaica, which should be in about a week to 1 1/2 wks time, or also someone from Nassau on a very short notice. If you cant make that, then maybe Jamaica. I expect that Jamaica to Panama would be a quick run of a week to 2 weeks depending on the gods of wind.
