Crew Wanted: Mate on Sailboat in Maryland

I am seeking a mate (works for tips) to help me run sailboat trips out of Galesville, MD from mid-April through October. Ideal candidate would be local student or recent grad with own transportation and a desire to progress in the marine industry as this will be a serious learning experience allowing you to gain valuable skills. Must be drug-free and subject to random testing with desire to provide excellent customer service. Some boating experience is desirable. Lots of Fun too! Possible position to sail to Florida in October. Thanks!
