Crew Wanted: Madagascar to Thailand

the yacht is a 65ft ketch. i am relocating from africa to Thailand. Sailing, Surfing, Diving Leaving Nosy Be, Madagascar May 2012. planning to stop in Seychelles, Maldives(if enough crew to pay 1400U$ sailing permit!), Nias Islands, Thailand(Lankawi).
no experience required, expecting to share costs of basic fuel and food.
