Crew Available: Looking to help with boat maintenance/day trips in Miami area

I live in Alaska, but ended up on somewhat of an extended vacation in Miami helping out my sister.
I end up having a lot of free time, sometimes days at a time and hate to have idle hands.
Figured someone around here needs a hand helping with fixing something on their boat.

I'm looking to learn more about sailboat maintenance/upkeep/modifications/repair.
Don't need to be paid, an occasional burger would suffice and maybe some gas money if I have to drive out far (I'm on the west side of Miami).

So if you're working on your boat and need a hand I'm your guy.

I'm also interested in sailing, so if you need a partner for short day trips that would be cool too.

I have a somewhat limited sailing experience compared to most of people on this forum, started sailing as a kid in Russia on a large lake and most recent sailing experience was in Alaska on a 47 foot Catalina. Also completed a few ASA sailing courses as I was looking into doing bareboat chartering.
Also have a lot of experience on powerboats in Alaska.

I'll be looking for someone to join me on my power boat this summer in the Pacific NW and BC for 4-5 weeks cruising. My boat is in Seattle and time is mid July to mid Sept.

Right now I have to stay in Miami area for another couple months I think, but I might be able to join you at least for a part of the trip maybe on my way up to Alaska in the summer. I'll get a hold of you closer to the dates.

I heard BC is beautiful in the summer.
