I live in Alaska
, but ended up on somewhat of an extended vacation
helping out my sister.
I end up having a lot of free time, sometimes days at a time and hate to have idle hands.
Figured someone around here needs a hand helping with fixing something on their boat
I'm looking to learn more about sailboat maintenance/upkeep/modifications/repair.
Don't need to be paid, an occasional burger would suffice and maybe some gas money
if I have to drive out far (I'm on the west side of Miami).
So if you're working on your boat
and need a hand I'm your guy.
I'm also interested in sailing, so if you need a partner for short day trips that would be cool too.
I have a somewhat limited sailing experience compared to most of people on this forum, started sailing as a kid in Russia
on a large lake and most recent sailing experience was in Alaska
on a 47 foot Catalina
. Also completed a few ASA
sailing courses as I was looking into doing bareboat
Also have a lot of experience on powerboats in Alaska.
