Re: live aboard thailand
this may be an all time record holder as a meaningless, time wasting post.

Well, since you ask, yes!
You ask a rather general rhetorical question "want to live...".
You give no details as to how this might come about, what duties might be involved, what time frame is involved, is it a private yacht or a charter or whatever, is this employment or a boat-sit or in fact any useful info whatsoever.
To me, that is a waste of any reader's time.
That's what my problem with your post is.
Jim

Re: live aboard thailand
Gosh Jim, you're starting to sound a bit like a jaded New Yorker. Makes me worried. You hate New Yorkers.
At least he isn't asking strangers to pay a fee to cover his beer money or yard bill. I'll give him that much.

Jim, why did you comment. We see your name on the thread and think "this must be worth a look."
You are now waisting my time.
Happy new year.

Yes. I am sure most sailors would. For a while anyway.

Yes "Jim" why dont you mind your own business. Do you have to comment on every post. This is a legitimate offer, anybody interested can ask me any specific questions they want. I did not put this in for your entertainment

Oh, dear, I think that I'm being sucked in to a vortex...
Why don't you let your audience know just what the "legitimate offer" might be? It would save possibly interested folks from having to ask you the ones I asked in my second post. You still have not given any substantive info about what your offer is. Frankly, your initial post sounded like a scam to me, and that is why I responded so tersely. I'm still not convinced that it isn't...
As for minding my own business... this is the internet, mate! And should I find your post entertaining, well, I reckon that is my business. And really, if I should want to comment on every post (which I surely do not), why should that bother you? The ignore button is your friend.
I'm normally a pretty friendly guy. I dunno why this has gotten my goat, but it seems to have done so. If I have wasted folks time or offended my friends here, I apologize.
Jim

Sorry to disappoint you, but consider what you paid to join...
And happy new year to you too.

Re: live aboard thailand
Don't get me wrong Jim, I ALWAYS enjoy your posts.
In Nelson without the boat right now but have been out in the bay and look foreward to some more sailing soon.
Wannadriveaboat - yours was an entertaining post - respect this man.
