ISO Crew For Daysails (Boynton Beach, FL)

ISO crew for sailing my 26' sailboat. The boat is in the water in Boynton Beach, Florida. I am a male in my 40s, healthy, non smoker, with 15+ years sailing experience.

Requirement include:

- Available weekday mornings 10 am for a couple of hours of sailing.
- Available to crew Year-round.

Costs are not an issue. Just bring a hat, bottle of water, and a helpful and pleasant personality. If interested, please provide your contact information, sailing experience (helpful, but not required), and availability.

Re: ISO Crew For Daysails (Boynton Beach, FL)

Hello!

I am definitely interested. I am a 50 year old male who lives in Orlando, so the distance affects availability somewhat, but we can talk about that in greater detail - if you were on the space coast my availability would be pretty open. I have virtually no sailing experience - somehow can't say that a few years on a fast attack submarine will translate exactly, although it does say I don't panic easily. I am a quick study, and definitely looking to learn. Great personality (just ask me, I will tell you!), good mechanical skills, level headed with lots of life experience.

If I am at all interesting to you, shoot e an email at peter[at]petertoro[dot]com. I look forward to hearing from you!

Re: ISO Crew For Daysails (Boynton Beach, FL)

Hey I am about an hour from you with a flexible schedule. Have had two positive experiences off of this forum, a week in the Florida Keys last spring and six weeks in the upper northwest last fall. Limited sailing experience but eager to learn more. Super easy going with absolutely no issues.

How often are you looking for someone to get out with?

Very interested!

I'm in Stuart, 52, sober and sane. Spent zillions of years (ok, only 20) living and sailing the waters of SW florida until a couple hurricanes blew me to stuart.
I'm a marine mechanic, captain and time flexible.
