inexperienced crew looking for cruiser

Hi my name is Marcel and I am looking for people that know of websites (crew wanted etc. ) to get experience in the cruiser lifestyle. Im currently in the USA and am an ex pilot that wants to eventually buy a boat and cruise. I am an extremly quick learner and hard working individual that is looking for a nice crew that is willing to teach me the ropes. I am 37, mentally 100%, physically 100% and no drama. My glass is half full and would like to jump on a ship with same attitude. Destination not important safety and attitude is.
