Crew Wanted: I need a Sailboat Delivered-From Nassau

I just wanted everyone to know that I went to Nassau myself and picked up the boat and brought it back to Mobile,Alabama. It was quite a trip though. I took some pics along the way, I will try to get them uploaded later.

I appreciate all the proposals I received, and I wish everyone a safe trip out there...................

Glad to hear it worked out...and we hope to see the pictures. But how come you went and got her yourself? What happened to hiring a professional?

I went and got it myself because I received my passport sooner than I thought I would and decided it would be great experience for me.. I have traveled to the Bahama's before but on my Searay 44, never before by sailboat.. I single handed the whole trip.. At nights I would take 20 minute naps and I had my radar alarm set to go off if anything came within 3 miles of boat....

I really enjoyed the trip... And I got to experience my first 13' sea's in the Gulf Of Mexico..lol... Now I just got a lot of work to do to boat before its ready to travel to the BVI

That's good to to know. You did say the sailboat was in great condition. What kind of work needs to be done? How come you could not or did not hire or take on any crew?
