Greek sailor(s) wanted

I am hoping to make a springtime trip to Greece with my 18 year old son.
I hate being a "tourist". ie, a gormless prey shuffled between American-style hotels and the tourist traps avoided by locals.
I hope to meet local sailors who can help us see Greece "from the inside".

I'd be glad to do the same for visiting sailors, too.

Maybe we should have a new forum
(if you'll forgive the suggestion from such a new Cruisers Forum member)
similar to Crew Positions but specifically for
Pelagic Sailors Seeking Local Contacts
and Locals Offering Hospitality to Pelagic Sailors.

I think you mean Forum Section. We wouldn't want to pay for whole new forums at this point. For now using the Crew Wanted section is close enough. Should we have an overflowing number of Greeks we can make sub sections as required. The software allows us to make as many as required but we reorganized a while back and we didn't want so many sections people couldn't find anything. So far the numbers in that section are not very high so I think the threads are easy enough to find. In any event using the search tool works quite well if you want anything at all.
