Crew Available: For short trips or Atlantic crossings

I'm a 50-year-old male academic and USCG captain with lots of instructor qualifications. Easygoing, good conversationalist, multilingual, many interests.

I'm available to join you for short passages between now and July, and then July-August I have plenty of time for crossings or what have you.

I'm especially excited to cross the Atlantic, but any bluewater experience would be fantastic. I'm very qualified but happy to crew on longer trips to gain more of that kind of experience (I've done a few).

HI....we might match up ...I am almost retired and have a Pearson 36-2, presently in the Bahamas, but its homebase is in the Chesapeake. I will be sailing the boat in May and June in the Chesapeake and then spend most of the summer in Europe. In November I am planning to sail from Nortfolk to Tortola in the salty dawg rally.
