Edit: Kiel to Finland approx 22 May

Two or three berths free for an unhurried passage to Finland via the Kiel Canal on a Moody 54.

I haven't worked up the passage plan yet, but I think Solent -- Brighton -- Dover, then if the weather is good and the wind is right, maybe nonstop from there to Brunsbuettel. Transit Kiel Canal, then cruise through the Baltic at a reasonably leisurely pace.

We are a comfortable vessel with 1000 liters of water tankage, a nice galley, abundant electrical power, wifi on board, large video library, etc. We like to have fun and believe that sailing need not require roughing it. As to costs -- just share provisioning and berthing costs. Fuel and so forth is on me.

I would like to have a couple more good sailors/watchstanders along so that the longer passages will not be strenuous. Unfortunately my usual crew is all busy during this time. If the weather allows, I would like to sail a couple of days and nights, then stop over somewhere interesting for a couple of days, then continue -- in order to spend some meaningful time in several interesting ports. I don't want it to be like a delivery.

Cheers, Dockhead

One berth still free from Kiel (departing approximately 22 May) onward to Finland.

We're having a wonderful cruise but could use one more decent sailor for the last leg.

Please respond by PM.

Cheers, Dockhead

Hello
I am willing to sail with you but I will be available by the end of June. Are you going to sail back in later period? I live in Poland. Normally I work in a court. I am 34 years old. I am married, but this jear I can not sail with my wife because we have second child (one year old) and she has to stay with a child. I think I am experienced sailor. I have been sailing since my high school, ofcourse not all the time but only during holidays. I have Polish certificates for sailing as a captain on sailing yachts and mnotorboats till 18 meters and as an officer on biger boats and yachts on all waters. Ofcourse this qualifications are valid for turistic and recreatiobnal yachts not for big comercial vessels. I was sailing on Baltic, North sea, Atlantic Ocean, Adriatic sea, Joanian sea, Norway sea and Greenland sea. I was sailing as a part of the crew, as well as as the capotain. I am able to maneuver a yacht on my own. I am used to long passages and lonly night's watches. Sailing in bad weather conditios is no problem for me. I lke also visiting new places, sightseeing and discover new landscapes, maybe even more than sailing. I am cheerful but responsible person.
Regards
Adam
