Sorry, can't help - wrong side of the pond.

Good luck, and thoroughly check out whoever you employ!

I'm a delivery skipper living in the Caribbean. I've done a few Catana deliveries up to the East Coast and am delivering a mono from BVI to Florida in early January.

I'd be happy to send you my details, references and a quote for this job which I could do after 20 Jan.

Would you be coming along ? (This makes it an "owner-assist" which is a bit cheaper for you!) Tony

Some experience on cats and tris but lots on everything else. I've held a 100T license since 1977 for both power & sail with many endorsements. I can send you a full CV if interested.

Hello,

I'm a licensed master and owner of a 78' catamaran. I'd be available toward the end of January. I've completed the trip from SA to S. Florida several times.

Hi there,

Would love to be considered for this sail; just delivered a catamaran this fall ... Am an expert, intuitive, meticulous sailor, and a licensed captain.

Many thanks.

I would be very interested in undertaking that delivery. I am a MCA/RYA Ocean Yachtmaster Instructor with several deliveries on all types of vessels (not catanas as of yet, but have sailed other cats). I am available for immediate departure at this time. I have a full CV available and would be interested in knowing what your proposed budget and time frame is for the trip. Please e-mail me nickgraham.sailing@yahoo.com

Thanks to everyone who responded. This fourm is a great help. We received lots of great replies from very qualified captains. At this time, we have a delivery captain all set up. We splash on Friday or Saturday, then after a few day of preparation, we're off to blue water on our "new to us" Catamaran !!! Let the adventure begin!!!!!
