Crew Wanted: Cuba april 2015

Need crew for sailing Cuba april 2015.
Are now on a long sailingtrip started in Oslo Norway 2august last year. The plan is North Atlantic in one year. The boat "Garibaldi" is a wood'n Colin Archer pilotcutter from 1989, 39 feet long. I'm a man 44 years old. When two of the permanent crew jumps of for some weeks in Cuba I need crew on one distance. The plan is from Puerto de Vita about 1april to Varadero on the north coast about 20 april. Then crossing over to Miami...
If you have some experience from sailing its desirable. Sailing this gaffrigged boat is good old fashion way with no winches. Can be learned. A good and safe sailboat.
