Cruising the Caribbean ? What a coincidence !

Hola familia del mar !

My name's Sarah, I'm a 22 yo diving instructor wandering around the world. Well, at the moment, wandering around Central America. Don't really have a time limit, no plans either, apart from trying to see Cuba soon ! At the moment I'm in Mexico (freelancing during the low season) and I'm looking for THE sailing trip around here.

I've been working on boats since I'm a diver, and spent about a couple of months aboard a catamaran. When we hit the ocean I know how it's like : no one else around, only.. the crew !!!

Can be fun at the beginning but of course it can get much harder if we don't get on well enough

I understand the risk the boat owners take when having unknown crew with them, and I respect it. I'm not a complicated person, just keep my eyes open and go with the flow !

I usually help cooking, cleaning the boat, fishing, putting on good music (gotta great playlist), sometimes navigating (eventhough I'm more of a fine weather sailor) and I can be really funny when I stop trying !

I'll be around for a while, you can let me know about your plans, and we can sort something out !

Love

Happy days !

Re: Cruising the Caribbean ? What a coincidence !

Hi Sarah. I am looking for a crew to assist in sailing a newer, clean Valiant 42 from Jamaica to Cartagena first or second week of July. See my post (submitted today) for more information and my posts on 7knots and Crewbay (Gillean Guy) and give me a shout if interested.
Cheers,
Douglas

I may be interested in your sail if you are open to a male? Currently in the Miami area with an open schedule.
